At Maya Jeweler, we take great care in ensuring a smooth and secure shopping experience for every customer. Each order is carefully prepared, packaged, and shipped with attention to detail and quality assurance.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Custom-made or special-order items may require additional time, and we’ll notify you by email if that’s the case.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping through trusted carriers.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location:
 • Canada & U.S.: 3–7 business days
 • International: 7–14 business days

Please note that customs delays may occasionally occur and are beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that may apply in their country.

Declared Value for Customs

To help reduce additional fees or duties, we may declare a lower package value when possible — unless restricted by local regulations.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
Maya Jeweler cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees will apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
However, if your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at support@mayajeweler.com, and we’ll gladly assist you in tracking it down.

Order Changes or Cancellations

We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed.
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
Once the order has been shipped, changes or cancellations can no longer be made.
