Exchange Policy
At Maya Jeweler, your satisfaction means everything to us.
While we do not offer returns or refunds, we’re happy to provide an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for an exchange, your item must be in the same pristine condition as received — unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please also include your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate an exchange, kindly contact us at support@mayajeweler.com within 7 days of delivery. Once your request is approved, we’ll share detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please note that any packages sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

International Orders (Including the EU)
Our exchange policy applies worldwide, including customers in the European Union.
All exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item, under the same eligibility conditions
